Thanks you to Scott for the help. After a month in & out of my local cell service store and 17 hours on the phone with technology department. We got NOWHERE. I was Referred to MI Mobile from a freind. I called talked with Scott explaining what was going on . He told me to have my parents come in. Scott worked with their phone and helped us out.
