I work at Verizon here in Grayling michigan. I've been able to send a number of customers to Ami mobile over the last couple of months and they have provided the highest level of service. I'm grateful to have a company so nearby that can specialize in areas that we don't hear. I would recommend this place to anyone who has legitimate maintenance to be done on their phone that we simply can't provide at my location.

Thanks you to Scott for the help. After a month in & out of my local cell service store and 17 hours on the phone with technology department. We got NOWHERE.
