Thanks you to Scott for the help. After a month in & out of my local cell service store and 17 hours on the phone with technology department. We got NOWHERE. I was Referred to MI Mobile from a freind. I called talked with Scott explaining what was going on . He told me to have my parents come in. Scott worked with their phone and helped us out. There were a few customers ahead of me, I enjoyed watching the interaction these gentlemen had with their customers. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The patience that was shown to an elderly man is how customer service is supposed to be. My phone issue was solved quickly, I left happy.
